Our research

Mental health conditions, brain-related disorders, and developmental challenges are among the most significant contributors to reduced life expectancy and limited social participation—particularly within vulnerable communities. These issues represent some of the most urgent global health and social challenges of the 21st century. At HBMRC, we are tackling these challenges through three leading research programs in mental health, addiction neuroscience, and disability and development.
