Timely re-enrolment closes on Tuesday 25th November 2025. Late re-enrolment between Wednesday 26th November and Wednesday 31st December 2025 will incur a $100 late fee. Late re-enrolment from Thursday 1st January 2026 will incur a $150 late fee.

12 July 2026 Last day to add a unit via .
13 July 2026 Late Addition of Unit (LAU) $50 Late Fee Starts. Students need to submit an LAU form approved by the Course Coordinator after consultation with the Lecturer-in-Charge.
13 July 2026 Final date for payment of Research Higher Degree Term C fees. Failure to pay by the due date will result in a $200 late fee.
7 September 2026 Last day to withdraw from a unit via  with no academic or financial liability.*
Treated as non-effective enrolment and will not appear on academic transcript.
7 September 2026 Census Date– Research Higher Degree Term C
4 October 2026 Final date to withdraw from a unit** via  with a WW - Withdrawn without Academic Penalty grade recorded on the academic transcript.
Financial liability remains and Student Learning Entitlement (if applicable) cannot be re-credited.

* Students may be liable for the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) if withdrawing after the Census Date.

** Professional experience or unit containing professional experience: WW only applies if the student produces evidence they have completed no more than two-thirds of the placement. Otherwise the student will receive a fail grade.


Earliest commencing date 5 October 2026, end date no later than 3 January 2027.

Candidates may commence prior to the census date in either Research Higher Degree Term A or Research Higher Degree Term C. Enrolment is completed on the student's behalf by the University
