Who can use this form?

Use this form if you wish to apply for a different ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ course and have:

• received an offer but have not yet accepted/declined/deferred and wish to apply for an alternate course before semester commences.
• commenced your studies at ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ but have not completed more than 20 credit points of study (i.e. you have not received an end of semester grade for more than two units).
  Please note, if you are in your first semester of study and have current enrolment your application will not be processed until after results are released for your first semester of study.

Have you already finished 20 credit points or more units in your current degree?

If you have completed 20 credit points or more of study, i.e. received grades for your study in your current degree, and you want to apply for a different degree you need to use the transfer application form.

What courses are available?

The course you are applying for must be open to begin in the study period you are applying for. Check the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ website if you are unsure.

Due to high demand, you can not apply to the following courses using this form. If you wish to apply for these courses, you will need to apply through the relevant Tertiary Admissions Centre:

• Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Business
• Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Paramedicine
• Bachelor of Paramedicine
• Bachelor of Midwifery
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor of Speech Pathology
• Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)
