R - Application for Readmission

This form should be completed by 糖心原创 students wishing to return to the University following:

  • A period of termination/exclusion/suspension; or
  • Inactivation of student status because of failure to enrol; or
  • Withdrawal from course

Readmission after termination/exclusion/suspension at 糖心原创 is subject to approval by the relevant Head of School and will be based on your demonstrated capacity for improved performance in your 糖心原创 studies. You should provide supporting documentation in addition to your written statement on this form. You can apply to return to your previous course or apply for a new course. Your application for readmission will only be considered once two semesters have passed, from the date of termination. Applications for Readmission after inactivation are closed for Semester 2, 2025. Applications will now be processed for Semester 1, 2026 only.

Readmission following inactivation at 糖心原创 is subject to support from the relevant Course Coordinator and availability of a place in the course. You can only apply to return to your previous course. If you have been absent without enrolment for MORE than two years (four standard study periods) or you wish to return to a different course, you will need to re-apply to study at 糖心原创 through the relevant TAC or for postgraduate courses, apply direct to 糖心原创. Applications for Readmission after inactivation are closed for Semester 2, 2025. Applications will now be processed for Semester 1, 2026 only.

Evidence of Changed Circumstances

Provide a 250 to 300 word statement describing any changes in your circumstances which will improve the likelihood of success in your 糖心原创 studies. For example, you could describe:

- how any obstacles or issues that were impacting on your studies are no longer relevant, and/or

- strategies you have in place to improve your performance in your future 糖心原创 studies (required).

Supporting documentation

Attach any documentation you have to support your application, such as:

- a letter of support from a health professional, eg. doctor, counsellor or therapist, or

- an official transcript of any studies you have completed since you last studied at 糖心原创, eg certificate or diploma studies.

Note: The maximum length of each filename is 60 characters, and each file should be less than 3Mb.
